Our signature bread, affectionately knows as the "millstone pie." Traditional hearth-baked sourdough bread made with 100% organic stoneground French wheat and rye flour. This is a larger loaf, weighing approximately 850g.
Tasting Notes: Earthy and floral with a slight tanginess. Soft crumb and a thin crust.
