Our signature whole wheat bread. Traditional hearth-baked sourdough bread made from a unique finer-milled stoneground whole wheat flour. Milled from 100% organic French wheat. This is a larger loaf, weighing approximately 850g.
Tasting Notes: Earthy and nutty with a slight tanginess. Soft crumb and a thin crust.
